The hotel presented immaculate conditions. rooms were spacious, the restaurant served lovely food, and the spa facilities impressed me. i found the beds to be very comfortable. rooms also maintained a warm temperature. I found that very accommodating.
during my stay, i found that the air conditioning was not functioning adequately. the rooms became too hot. i had to sleep with the window open, allowing outside noise from nearby buildings.

the spa area featured a great pool, it was very relaxing. i also found free coffee in the mornings, a very nice touch. the hotel provided complimentary bottles of water, which i thought was EXCELLENT.
I noticed none of the staff looked particularly happy. It affected the overall atmosphere a bit.

A Heartfelt Haven

I found the free coffee in the lobby a very tender gesture. The swimming and jacuzzi was a relaxing escape I so much needed. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh options daily. The staff, they were very kind and their warmth makes you feel home.
The housekeeping missed replenishing milk in the rooms, it was a shame when I wanted tea.

The hotel room was spacious, i had a junior suite balcony. unlimited coffee until 4pm in the lobby was great! the hotel had a zabka next door. That was quite convenient until 11pm. the mini bar prices were surprisingly reasonable.
the air conditioning was not effective enough, i slept with the window open, but it was noisy outside at night.
